Your night begins with a guided tequila tasting featuring five carefully selected expressions. The journey opens with three tequilas, each thoughtfully paired with seasonal bites that highlight and elevate their unique profiles, while introducing you to the traditions and craft behind each pour. 

The experience then transitions into a thoughtfully paced dining moment, where you’ll enjoy your selection of a signature main course: 

• Aztek Beef Filet Grilled filet on blue corn with nopal, Oaxacan cheese, huitlacoche, and molcajete sauce 

• Ajillo Pacific Octopus Local octopus in aromatic garlic-ajillo sauce 

• Kahlúa-Style Prawns Three prawns wrapped in bacon, sautéed with brandy and mushrooms, flambéed with Kahlúa and a touch of agave honey 

To finish, dessert is paired with an agave-based liqueur, followed by a special tasting of tequila directly from the barrel—an exclusive moment that connects you to the spirit at its origin.
