Jorge Cuervo will personally share his expertise in tequila tasting; his passion for this industry comes back from generations in his family, starting with Don Jose Antonio Cuervo y Valdes, who was the founder of the Tequila beverage back in the XVIII century. Learn about the history, development processes, as well as the varieties of tequila, myths and realities, while you also enjoy of delicious Mexican canapés created by Executive Chef Roberto Gallardo, former sous chef of famous Chef Charlie Trotters.
Jorge Cuervo opened the doors of his place as the best restaurant of traditional and gourmet Mexican food in Los Cabos, giving personal attention to each family that visits us and thus discovered the wrong information that our tourists have about Tequila, a drink that their ancestors baptized and founded the most important tequila factory; with their knowledge transmitted from generation to generation and the studies he decided to take to reinforce them, he began to offer these tequila tastings where they informed and corrected doubts about this drink so that tourists could recognize a real tequila from others that are not. Over time he perfected and improved the tasting so that it became what we offer these days, a complete experience where you can enjoy and learn by living with the actual Cuervo family of Tequila Jalisco.
